As the license says, you may not "remix, transform, or build upon the material" and you "may not distribute the modified material."
BIG BUT...
You're welcome to delete the opening boilerplate up to and including,
Dear Stickies and Gentlereaders,
As well as my closing boilerplate starting with Poppa loves you, and everything after that.
That is to say, you're welcome to distribute the unaltered main body of the column without all the added gingerbread, filigree, and geegaws.
